1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of prepaid eSIM profiles and associated digital telecommunications services ("Services") provided through https://zefeero.online (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Tripbox LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration No. 17076930) with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a Service, the customer ("User", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & DELIVERY

2.1. The Company resells prepaid digital eSIMs utilizing third-party wholesale network providers.

2.2. The Service is strictly digital. Upon successful payment, a QR code or manual activation code ("Digital Goods") will be delivered to the email address provided during the guest checkout process.

2.3. The Company is not responsible for delayed delivery resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the User or automated spam filtration.

3. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY (USER OBLIGATION)

3.1. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their mobile device is both (a) eSIM compatible and (b) network-unlocked.

3.2. The Company assumes no liability and expressly denies any refunds if a User purchases an eSIM for a device that is locked to a specific carrier or lacks eSIM hardware functionality.

4. NETWORK AVAILABILITY & "AS-IS" PROVISION

4.1. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Actual network coverage, speeds, and quality may vary based on geographic location, weather, and the third-party telecommunication providers' infrastructure.

4.2. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free network connectivity.

5. DIGITAL CONTENT STATUTORY WAIVER (UK CONSUMER LAW)

By placing an order and consenting at checkout, you expressly agree to the immediate supply of the Digital Goods. You acknowledge that by consenting to immediate execution, you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the digital content is downloaded, scanned, or otherwise accessed.

6. PAYMENT AND PRICING

6.1. All transactions are processed securely via PayPal.

6.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Services. In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the User for the specific eSIM in dispute.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
